Mandeville Operations Management Inc., an affiliate company is currently looking for a:

Managed and Fee Based Platform Operational Support Specialist

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Director of Managed and Fee Based Account Operations in the operation/compliance and organization of the Managed Account and fee based platform.
  • Assist in the authoring of Policies and Procedures for Managed and Fee Based Accounts
  • Assist the Director of Managed and Fee Based Account Operations reaching out to Advisors on queries, information support related to IPS drift and other Compliance Questions
  • Respond to questions from Advisors regarding information regarding the Mandeville Separately Managed Accounts
  • Assist in the Training and operation of the Portfolio Model/Trading systems to Advisors
  • Assist in the Managed Account Set up approval
  • Assist in the Managed Account Trading activities including average account accumulation and ticketing
  • Coordinate the new accounts approval process for all managed and option accounts, including new account review, documentation, signoff and processing
  • Maintain files and documentation required by the Director of Managed and Fee Based Account Operations
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelors Degree/College Diploma
  • Canadian Securities Course desired
  • Industry Specific Operations Courses

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years of previous analytical or related experience required.
  • Sound Knowledge of IIROC operations and trading
  • Familiarity with IIROC systems (Dataphile etc)
  • Knowledge regarding account opening process as well as Fee based operations
